Does ListingLab work with VRBO listings?

Yes. Paste your VRBO listing URL the same way you'd paste an Airbnb URL. The audit analyzes photos, title, description, amenities, and pricing regardless of platform. The one thing that differs is pricing benchmarks — we compare against the top 10 comparable listings on whichever platform you submitted.

Can I cancel my Pulse subscription anytime?

Pulse and Portfolio subscriptions cancel anytime from your account portal — no phone calls, no "are you sure" loops. Concierge has a 3-month minimum because it includes monthly strategy calls with our founder and it takes more than one month for that cadence to deliver value. After three months, Concierge also cancels anytime.

How long does a paid audit take to deliver?

Single Assay audits deliver in about 5 minutes. Full Workup audits take roughly 10 minutes because they analyze your full photo library (up to 40 photos) and generate a redesigned hero grid. Both arrive via email the moment they're done.

What's included in the Full Workup that's not in the Single Assay?

Three things. First, a redesigned top-5 hero grid with a new cover photo recommendation — the single highest-impact change you can make to a listing. Second, analysis of your top 40 photos instead of just 5, with specific critique on each. Third, a second full audit delivered 30 days later to measure what changed. If you only plan to run one audit, Single Assay is fine. If you're willing to actually implement changes and want to verify they worked, Full Workup pays for itself.

How do the launch pricing codes work?

We're running launch pricing for a limited window. Use code LAUNCH29 at checkout to get the Single Assay for $29 (normally $49), or code LAUNCH for the Full Workup at $49 (normally $149). Will the audit hurt my listing's Airbnb ranking?

No. ListingLab reads your public listing the same way a guest would. We don't log in to your Airbnb account, don't make changes, and don't interact with Airbnb's systems. The audit only tells you what to change — you make the changes yourself in your host dashboard.

Do you offer refunds?

If the audit fails to deliver (rare — usually due to a private or unlisted URL), we refund automatically. For delivered audits, we don't refund a completed deliverable, but if you're unhappy with the quality, email hello@yourlistinglab.com and we'll make it right.
