Is this AI, or do you audit listings manually?
Both. The audit is powered by Claude (Anthropic's AI), but the scoring rubric, photo analysis criteria, and pricing benchmarks are built from 13 years of my own Superhosting experience in Sedona. You're getting AI speed with actual Superhost judgment baked into the prompts.
Will this actually change my bookings?
If your listing has unfixed issues — weak title, wrong hero photo, mispriced vs. local market, vague description — yes, almost certainly. The audit is useless if you're already in the top 5% of your market. It's extremely valuable if you're in the middle of the pack and don't know why. The free snapshot will tell you honestly which one you are before you pay anything.
What does the free snapshot actually include?
Your overall listing score (0–100), the top 3 critical issues we found, and a high-level recommendation. It names the gap. The paid audits include the fix — title rewrites you can copy-paste, photo-by-photo critiques, full pricing data, and a prioritized fix list ordered by revenue impact.
How fast is it?

Do you store my listing data?
We pull your public listing data (the same info any guest sees) to run the audit and save your report so you can come back to it later.
