FAQ

What does "tracked listings" mean?
When you run an audit on a listing, we save it as a tracked listing on your account. This caps how many unique properties you can audit per month (3 on Pulse, 10 on Portfolio, 25 on Concierge) and sets you up for automatic change detection when that feature launches — we'll monitor your tracked listings for price, title, and photo changes and alert you. If you need more listings, upgrade your tier.
What's the difference between Pulse and Portfolio audits?
Pulse audits match the Single tier ($49 retail) — deep analysis of your copy, title, description, amenities, and pricing. Portfolio and Concierge audits match the Pro / Full Workup tier ($149 retail) — everything Pulse includes, plus photo-by-photo analysis and a redesigned hero grid. If photos are a priority for your listings, Portfolio is the right fit.
How are credits used?
Each audit you run costs one credit. Credits reset to your tier's monthly allotment on your billing date. They don't roll over — this keeps the math simple and encourages active use.
What happens if I run out of credits mid-month?
You can upgrade to a higher tier anytime via the Customer Portal — you'll get the additional credits immediately and be charged pro-rata for the remainder of your period. Or wait for your next billing date.
Can I cancel anytime?
Pulse and Portfolio: yes, anytime. Your subscription stays active until the end of your current billing period and then ends. Concierge has a 3-month minimum commitment because of the personal attention involved.
How is the strategy update different from an audit?
An audit is a point-in-time analysis of one listing. The strategy update is a monthly view across your tracked listings that considers trends, seasonal context, comp set movement, and which prior recommendations you've implemented. It's focused on the one next move worth making.
When does listing change detection launch?
We're building it now. All Pulse tiers will get access at no extra cost when it launches. In the meantime, you can run manual audits anytime with your credits.
Can I change tiers later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your Customer Portal. Tier changes take effect at your next billing date for downgrades, immediately for upgrades.
What if I'm already using Single or Pro?
Single and Pro stay exactly as they are. Pulse is additive — a subscription option for hosts who want ongoing audits rather than one-off purchases.
