## How it works

1. Host pastes their public Airbnb listing URL — no account connection, no login, no credentials. Audits are read-only and never touch the host's Airbnb account.
2. ListingLab pulls the public listing data and runs it through Anthropic's Claude AI using a custom scoring rubric built from 13 years of hosting experience.
3. The report is delivered as a web report the host can revisit anytime: the free snapshot takes about 60 seconds, a Single Assay about 5 minutes, and a Full Workup about 10 minutes (it analyzes far more photos).
